UMass loaded the bases and scored two runs on Holy Cross' sixth different pitcher. Proietti and Franczek scored, both on a fielder's choicem cutting the Crusaders' lead to 4-3 heading into the seventh, and what is being rumored to be up here in the press box, the last inning of the game due to a late start.
Captain Bryan Garrity started the sixth as the new UMass catcher.
Bryan Adamski makes the move from first base to pitcher to start the seventh.
4-3 Holy Cross after six.
